12 Hours Per Month: Rollover up to total of 50 to cover the following areas:

  • Vendor disputes
  • Physician/Medical Director contracts
  • Contracts: Drafting, review, revision of leases, vendor contracts, employment agreements, authorization & consent agreements, non-compete agreements, etc.
  • Policies & Procedures: Review and revise company policies and procedures and/or employee handbooks
  • Employment Issues: Discrimination complaints, employment contract disputes, FMLA, ADA, non-compete agreement disputes, etc.
  • Civil Litigation: Evaluation, filing, defending and/or advising regarding civil lawsuits.
  • Investment Evaluation: Evaluation of investment opportunities
  • Asset Purchase/Sale: Negotiation of sale transactions and/or drafting of purchase and sale documents
  • Prompt Pay Act: Advice regarding Prompt Pay Act issues and pursue claims if appropriate
  • Corporate/Partnership: Preparation and filing of corporate/partnership documents
